UK MoD Support for Ukraine
- Stationed a Project Manager in Eastern Europe to receive and process cargo with the consignee.
- Provided dedicated storage solution and identify double gauge rail system to allow for subsequent transition to Ukraine.

Personnel Transport – Cyprus
- Provided transport services (bus, coach, and taxi) to British Forces Cyprus (BFC).
Outcome:
- 30,000 coach bus personnel moves, exceeding contract performance standards for straight 13 years.
UK MoD Drawdown – Afghanistan
- Established a ground line of communication to redeploy equipment by sourcing ISO containers and subsequently delivering them from Afghanistan through Pakistan to the UK.
- Lifted and trucked from Kabul to Karachi, liner service to the UK and onward movement to the Defense Fulfilment Centre.
- Deployed DGS personnel to oversee operations in Afghanistan.
Outcome:
- Estimated 500 TEUs of equipment to be returned to the UK.
DLA Trans-Arabian Network
- Provision of truck transportation services to move cargo from DLA’s Distribution Center in Bahrain to destinations across CENTCOM.
Outcome:
- 498 trucking missions delivered 50M lbs. of DoD freight.
- 96.5% on time delivery rate.
Disposal and Resale – Afghanistan
- Sale of residual items belonging to the UK MoD in Afghanistan.
- Disposal of material through direct sales and online or live auctions.
Outcome:
- 10,000 TEUs collected and processed, saving the MoD $60M in supply chain costs.
C-130 Recovery – Iraq
- Deployment of a team on short notice to break down damaged aircraft to ITAR-compliant shipping standards.
Outcome:
- MoD request for completion of the task within 1 week was achieved in 3 days.
